Robert S. Wynne, Chairman Mr. Wynne is a founding
organizer and director of the Indiana Business Bank and serves as its
Chairman of Loan Committee. He is a Partner and Member of the Strategic
& Policy Board of Baker & Daniels LLP, an Indiana law firm in
which he has practiced in the area of commercial law and lending,
corporate finance, and mergers and acquisitions since joining the firm
in 1985. Mr. Wynne has a B.A. from DePauw University, an M.B.A. from
the Indiana University Graduate School of Business, and a J.D. from the
Indiana University School of Law (Bloomington, Indiana). Mr. Wynne was
named one of 'The Best Lawyers in America 2005 - 2008."
Richard V. Baxter, Jr., President & Chief Executive Officer Mr.
Baxter brings to Mesh Systems more than 25 years of diverse experience
in high technology services & manufacturing businesses. He was
founder and Chief Technology Officer of Pensar Corporation, a
diversified electronics design and manufacturing services company. At
Pensar, he architected and managed the Company's technology strategy,
intellectual property portfolio, and engineering workforce. He served
as Senior Vice President of Global Design Services for SMTC
Corporation, a global electronics manufacturing services (EMS) company,
following SMTC's acquisition of Pensar in 2000. Mr. Baxter is a
recognized expert in sensors and embedded networking, and holds 9 U.S.
patents. He is a 1982 graduate of Purdue University, where he received
a B.S.E.E. J. Peter Goehring, Executive Vice President, Business Development Mr.
Goehring has more than 30 years of experience in sales and marketing of
high technology products, systems, and services. He was founder and
Vice President of Sales & Business Development of Pensar Electronic
Solutions, an electronics manufacturing company, and currently serves
on the company's Board of Directors. Formerly, he was Vice President of
Global Sales for ITT Corporation, a diversified global manufacturer of
electronic components and systems. Mr. Goehring is a graduate of
Indiana University. Uriel Kluk, Chief Technology Officer Mr.
Kluk brings more than 15 years of experience to Mesh Systems, and is a
recognized expert in sensor networks, building automation systems,
networking protocols, and information systems. He was founder and Chief
Technology Officer of eStructures, where he architected and designed
the BuildingMinder, an internet protocol-centric access control system.
Prior, he was Founder, President, & CEO of Grupo Edificios
Inteligentes SA de CV, a building automation systems integrator based
in Mexico City. He has served as a technology consultant to a broad
spectrum of companies, from startups to global industry leaders in
networking, information systems, and building automation. He holds a
Masters Degree in Electronics Engineering from Instituto Technologico
de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM) in Monterrey, Mexico. Douglas K. Brune, Vice President, Operations Mr.
Brune brings more than 12 years of experience in operations management
and information technology integration to Mesh Systems. His expertise
lies in the design, implementation, and optimization of highly
efficient workflows. He began is career as a Loan Officer at a finance
company serving OEMs and distributors. He later founded and served as
President of a software company that managed loan origination, closing
and servicing for financial companies across the US. Most recently, Mr.
Brune established and managed all technology and operational aspects
for Indiana Business Bank as VP of IT and Operations. Mr. Brune
received his B.S. in 1991 from Indiana University and holds an M.B.A.
from Butler University. |
